My client was charged with striking her boyfriend in the face while he was driving. The car swerved and nearly took out multiple cars on the highway. They were stopped by the police where officers could see the victim’s mouth was bleeding severely and he was clearly upset and angry. My client was immediately arrested and charges were filed with the Dallas County Courts. By the second court date, I was able to persuade the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office to drop the case. All charges dismissed!
